A: We require all occupants over the age of 18 to complete a rental application. We will complete a credit check, background/ criminal check, as well as verifying employment/ income and previous rental history.
Q: What is the lease length? Do you offer short-term leases?
A: 6-12month lease terms.

A: Yes. $50/appliction.

A: We can accept rental payments in the office via cheque or money order. Residents can also pay rent online through their portal via ACH, debit, or credit card.
